Stock products
Unused stock coasters in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Custom products
Custom-printed items are made to your approved proof and are not returnable, except for manufacturing defects or deviations from the approved proof.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
