What is the minimum order?
Stock coasters can be ordered from one pack. Custom printed coasters typically start at two packs; larger runs are quoted individually.
Do I get a proof before printing?
Yes. Every custom or printed order receives a digital proof that you approve before production starts.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) work best. High-resolution PNG (300 dpi) is also accepted.
How long does production take?
Stock items usually ship in 2–4 business days. Custom orders depend on quantity and finish and are confirmed in your quote.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to addresses throughout the continental United States. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Are your coasters eco-friendly?
Material details are listed on each product. We only make environmental claims we can document — ask us for material specifications.
How do I pay?
Online card payment is being set up. Currently we confirm your order by email and send a secure payment link.
