Raw material selection
We choose pulp, kraft-faced, or premium boards based on absorbency, thickness, and print surface for each product.

Paper cutting & shaping
Board sheets are die-cut into precise rounds, squares, or custom shapes with clean edges.

Printing & customization
Artwork is printed in spot or full color, with optional embossing, after customer proof approval.

Quality inspection
Each batch is checked for dimensions, color consistency, print registration, and finish defects.

Packaging & dispatch
Coasters are stacked, wrapped, boxed, labeled, and shipped to customers across the United States.
